Lowe's Home Improvement Account Executive interview experience

The interview itself went fine, but the expected working hours weren’t disclosed clearly enough for me to even consider different schedules.

I was told to think about my availability, and then it turned out the hours they required didn’t match the hours they described.

Because the right schedule wasn’t discussed up front, I wasn’t really considered, even though my availability was the piece they claimed would matter. I didn’t get an offer.

What stuck with me afterward was how pointless the interview felt without transparency about the real schedule needs. The conversation wasn’t bad, but the lack of clarity about working hours undermined the whole process.
