My process was efficient but still felt informative, and it ended up being more immersive than I expected.

Instead of just meeting one person and moving on, I went through multiple interviews in a fairly short window where I met several people on the team—along with senior leadership and my department manager. In between conversations, I even got the chance to shadow the role briefly, which made it easier to connect the interview discussions back to the day-to-day.

In total, it felt like a longer, multi-interviewer experience spread across a couple hours, and in another part it played out more like a two-day affair where I met managers and AVP-level leaders and got a sense of how the office ran.
