L'Oréal Marketing Analytics Specialist interview experience

They made promises that sounded very optimistic, and after about three interviews, I was simply ghosted.

I had already invested time into the process, and at that point I expected at least an automated update or some kind of follow-up email. Instead, there was no response, and it felt like all momentum just disappeared.

Even though the early steps felt smooth, I didn’t receive an offer. The reflection I carried was that the communication around decisions mattered a lot—without closure, even an initially pleasant process left me feeling undervalued.
