My interview started as a chill Zoom call that ran just a bit over the hour because I asked a lot of questions.

The interviewer took time to explain the program and what the role would involve, and then did a basic walkthrough of my resume. It never felt like I was being grilled; it felt more like a conversation where they also wanted to understand where I’d been and how I was thinking.

I got the offer the next day, which was honestly surprising in how fast it moved. The timing made the process feel unusually smooth from start to finish. Looking back, the biggest thing that stuck with me was how much room there was for me to clarify things on my side while still getting a clear read from them.
