It was a very easy interview overall, but it still came with a clear expectation: I needed to know my resume inside and out.

They used the STAR format, which guided how they wanted my answers structured. I also sensed that they were going to probe through different scenarios I’d lived through, so the coverage of my stories mattered.

Only two people interviewed me, and both were friendly, which made the call feel comfortable rather than high-stakes. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the process itself didn’t feel difficult—it felt more like a straightforward fit check where thoroughness on my part made the biggest difference.
