I interviewed in a relaxed, friendly way, and the tone felt intentionally not intimidating.

The conversation included the kind of question where they wanted to understand why I wanted to join, and beyond that it stayed pretty approachable. I didn’t feel like I was walking into a high-pressure technical test.

Even with it going smoothly in terms of comfort, I ended up not securing an offer. Honestly, the interview didn’t feel like it was unfair—it felt more like it came down to how I presented my fit and follow-through on what they were trying to gauge. My main takeaway was that the process was easy to talk through, but that still didn’t guarantee a positive result.
