I ended up going through a short, two-round virtual process.

I had one conversation with a recruiter first, and then about five days later I joined a technical interview with the hiring manager and engineers. Both were remote, and the timeline made the whole thing feel efficient rather than drawn out.

In the technical round, the format was tightly structured through a Teams-style session. I answered four questions using the STAR method, and after those responses I was able to ask questions and the interviewer could probe further. It didn’t feel chaotic or improvisational; it felt like they had a clear template they were following from the start.
