The process included a video-based interview powered by an AI interviewer.

I was asked a question and then recorded and submitted my video response. The listing had suggested I would receive feedback even if I wasn’t successful, but months passed after I was rejected and I never got any follow-up.

There wasn’t much of a human interaction to anchor the experience—my main touchpoint was that recorded response. It felt like the process could move quickly for logistics, but the lack of feedback left me stuck without clarity.

In the end, I didn’t receive an offer, and the most memorable part was how silent it became after the submission.
