I joined a group interview that was fairly relaxed, with a lot of attention on customer service and how I worked with others.

There were multiple interviewers and a larger group setting where everyone sat around together, and the questioning wasn’t framed like a trap—it was more like they were trying to see how I’d interact.

At some point, they had us do a tent-building exercise. It felt partly like a stress-relief activity and partly like a way to observe how we collaborated. The overall length was around an hour and a half, and the session had a very “if you’re called out, you likely didn’t get it” vibe, since they were hiring on the spot.

After the skits and product-related questions—things like role-playing
