I applied online and then got emailed to confirm an interview, and once I showed up at the store for a group session, I got the job on the spot.

The whole thing felt easy and fast, like they were actively looking to fill roles quickly. Training followed the next week, which was another sign that they weren’t dragging the process out.

The day-of format was informal in a way that stood out. Managers led the interview, and it felt comfortable enough that I noticed how relaxed other applicants were too—some people even wore what seemed like casual summer clothing and still got considered. The discussion focused on credibility and fit through experiences and how I would handle service in a store that leaned into outdoor activities.
