Los Angeles, CAPosted Nov 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After I applied online, I was given an online assessment almost immediately—within a day—and it required me to finish the OA before the company decided whether I would be hired.

The messaging I received made it sound like everyone who applied through the website gets the OA.

The experience left me skeptical because even with a submission I felt was fine, I later received a generic rejection with no meaningful explanation. The timeline was quick, but the lack of clarity about what I did wrong made it hard to take the feedback at face value. By the end, I just had to accept that the OA results weren’t enough for me to continue, even though I felt the test itself wasn’t too intimidating.
