I had an interview scheduled at a specific time with the hiring manager, and it turned into a complete no-show.

The manager didn’t show up, and to make it worse, I later received a rejection email that felt unprofessional rather than a simple follow-up.

It left me pretty annoyed and disappointed because I understand busy schedules, but this felt like something that didn’t respect the interview process at all. I never got to the actual conversation that was planned, and the way it was handled made the experience feel disrespectful from start to finish.
