I experienced a longer selection funnel that included aptitude, technical and executive interviews, plus health and reference checks.

Aptitude test + phone screen + technical interview — I went through an aptitude test, then phone screening, then a technical interview.
Executive interview + reference check — I continued to an executive conversation and reference verification.
Medical check — I was asked to complete a medical check to confirm I had no health issues. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that progression depended on passing multiple screening gates.
