I started with an HR call that was about 30 minutes, then I met with the hiring manager, and after that I went through a tech panel round where a final decision was made.

The whole thing felt smooth and structured.

In the longer technical stage, the time was clearly split between a front-end task and backend work. I did a ReactJS front-end exercise that started straightforward but became trickier as it went along. On the backend side, I was tested with C# questions along with SQL statement questions that needed to be answered during the session. It took a few weeks for them to circle back with whether I’d received an offer, and the waiting period stood out more than any single technical moment.
