My timeline stretched out for a while.

From the time I applied online through the final decision, it took about three months, and a recruiter call kicked things off after I found the role via a LinkedIn application. The process started with a general discussion and then moved into a technical phone round that didn’t involve coding—just a conversation focused on the technologies listed on my resume. After that, I was invited onsite for a sequence of interviews.

At the onsite, I went through multiple 45-minute rounds with a mix of roles: a senior director, several software engineers, a project manager, and even a data scientist.
