I went through an assessment centre style process that stretched over more than one component and felt very organized.

After applying online and completing online tests, I was invited to an assessment centre. The setup was friendly and supportive, with people on-site who seemed genuinely willing to help and explain what was happening, and it included group work plus individual components.

In the larger version of the centre, the timeline ran over two days. Day one started with a presentation and even a meal, then day two became the real assessment work with a group exercise, a presentation and interview, and finally a written assessment. There was also time to meet the interviewers during lunch and talk
