Leonardo Systems Engineer interview experience

The technical part felt focused on the domain Leonardo works in, and it centered on questions about the dynamics of a flight and helicopter performance, including walking through charts and what the graphs meant.

What surprised me was how conversational it felt even when the topic was technical. They also explained the role and then asked follow-ups that made it clear they wanted to see how I reasoned through the material, not just whether I could recite facts. By the end, they had covered both the position itself and how I related to it.
