I went through a two-stage structure where the first phase was both group and individual, then the process moved into a technical second phase.

In the group and personal parts, a lot of the questions were the standard foundation pieces: my background and experiences, what I was interested in now and in the future, and general questions about my knowledge of the field.

Once it turned technical, it felt like they were no longer testing general fit and instead looking for more direct competence and understanding. I didn’t receive an offer at the end, but the experience was clearly organized, and I could tell they were separating broader conversation from role-specific evaluation.
