I had a few rounds where the experience felt disrespectful or poorly run.

One interview was scheduled for an hour, but the leading developer abruptly cut it down to about 30 minutes with two other developers, and the hiring manager never showed up. It left me with a weird impression that the process wasn’t taken seriously.

After another interview, I received no response at all—no rejection or acceptance—so I just sat in uncertainty. That was especially frustrating because I finished what felt like a normal conversation with problem-scenario questions and even some riddles.

In another case, the experience got awkward fast, with a recruiter stepping in immediately
