Leidos Software Engineer interview experience

I did a standard video interview with two engineers.

The setup was distracting right away because one interviewer had a headset on while the other didn’t, and the audio echoed badly on my end through my earbuds.

It made it hard to focus on what I was hearing, and even harder to find the right moment to speak and ask questions. I honestly couldn’t tell if the setup was accidental or intentional, but either way it came across as unprofessional.

No offer came out of it, and the experience was mostly remembered for the frustrating audio rather than the technical content.
