Leidos Software Engineer interview experience

It felt like a structured way to get a sense of how I thought, not just whether I could answer questions.

Following the panel, I had a more traditional one-on-one interview where the questions were noticeably tougher. I could ask questions in both parts, which helped me learn what they expected in the role while I was answering.

Overall it landed as an average-difficulty process, and I walked away with an offer. The main impression I kept was that the later, one-on-one portion really tested my depth.
