Leidos Software Engineer interview experience

It felt pretty chill and even a little light-hearted, because it was just me, the interviewers, and my manager all sitting on the panel together. The questions covered both how I think and how I’d approach problem solving, so it wasn’t purely about facts or purely about storytelling. Even with the panel setting, it stayed comfortable, and I left feeling like being myself was the right move.
