I went through a multi-round setup that started with technical interviews, and then the process seemed to be aimed toward a client-style final round.

The early stages felt like standard technical screening, and I went far enough that the plan included a fourth round meant for the next step.

What threw me off was the scheduling behavior near the end. They kept shifting the date and time for the client round, but it never actually happened. Overall it left me with the impression of a pretty amateurish hiring flow, and I felt like the time investment wasn’t respected. I didn’t get an offer, and the main takeaway wasn’t just the difficulty—it was the uncertainty and wasted coordination late in the process.
