My experience started with what felt like a simple pipeline, but the communication was the part that stuck with me.

I was told by the recruiter to wait until Monday for an HR discussion, but I never received the call or any follow-up email after that. The rounds themselves were never explained in detail to me, so the process just ended quietly from my side.

At a different stage of interviewing, I also went through an AMCAT-driven flow where it was clear and time-boxed, even though I didn’t clear it. I was called for an interview after applying via AMCAT, and the first round was a coding test that I wasn’t able to pass. It didn’t feel extremely hard—more like an easy round—so the miss was frustrating
