Lazard Investment Banking Analyst interview experience

The phone stage led into a final round about two weeks later, and the superday portion consisted of three thirty-minute interviews.

Across the in-person interviews, the questions were mostly behavioral, and there weren’t many technical questions. That combination made the process feel more about how I communicated and presented myself than about deep technical problem-solving.

I didn’t receive an offer. The main impression I kept was how weighted the conversations were toward behavior rather than finance mechanics, which meant I had to be sharp on storytelling and fit throughout the day.
