After I dropped my resume, it took about two weeks before I heard anything back.

The first round was a phone interview with an associate-level interviewer, and it didn’t feel overly challenging.

The questions were pretty standard for an early screen, and overall the experience was just average—nothing particularly hard, and nothing that really stood out as uniquely difficult or unfair. I left with the sense that it was simply a quick checkpoint rather than a deep technical test, and I didn’t end up getting an offer.
