Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory Full Stack Engineer interview experience

After that, I went onsite for a panel-style interview.

Onsite, the panel had about 6–8 people, and each person took a turn asking their own set of questions. The format was very straightforward—lots of different perspectives quickly, with everyone focused on different parts of my background and how I would fit.

I walked away with the sense that it was thorough and interactive, but I didn’t end up getting an offer. What stuck with me most was how fast the conversation moved across a big group, which made it feel more like a rapid evaluation than a deep dive.
