Livermore, CAPosted Jan 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with one 30-minute phone interview, after which I got a callback for an onsite.

The onsite began with a one-hour seminar presentation for my research, and then it turned into a full day of interviews with scientists in short 30-minute chunks.

The day felt like it was designed to cover a lot of ground quickly, with each session centered on my background and research fit. It was demanding, but not chaotic, and I felt like the conversations were consistently tied back to what I’d presented.
