My interview journey was longer and more formal than I expected once I accepted the process.

The full flow included an assessment test, HR, a technical interview, behavioral rounds, and then onboarding after the offer decision.

After the offer acceptance, the company guided me through onboarding steps like background checks, paperwork, and orientation sessions. That end-to-end feel made the process seem thorough and deliberate, not just a quick set of interviews.

It left me with the impression that they treat the hiring path as more than just interviews—there’s a structured pipeline that continues into onboarding once you clear the earlier stages.
