My experience wasn’t very much about the interviews themselves—it was more about scheduling and communication.

After an assessment went well, HR reached out to set up an interview. Because I was out of town, I informed them I couldn’t make the scheduled day and asked to attend the next day. HR said they’d check and confirm within two days.

The part that didn’t sit well was that I never heard back after that. Calls and messages didn’t get answered, and the communication effectively went silent. I didn’t end up progressing to the interview steps I was expecting, and it left me feeling like the process broke down on the coordination side more than on the actual evaluation side.
