I went through an online test first, then moved into technical and HR rounds that were run virtually due to COVID.

Everything happened on the same day via MS Teams, and each stage functioned as an elimination checkpoint.

My technical content started with basic mechanical topics, and in the technical interview they then asked follow-up questions that checked whether I could connect concepts back to real understanding. The HR portion was the usual conversational fit discussion after the technical evaluation.

I didn’t receive an offer. Even though it didn’t go my way, the experience felt organized and consistent with a structure designed to quickly determine whether someone could handle the role.
