L&T Technology Services Software Engineer interview experience

The problem was the follow-through: I waited for more than two hours there for what ended up being only a 20-minute 1:1 interview. I kept contacting the recruiter repeatedly, but I didn’t get any real responses.

Even after spending that long waiting, there was no clear communication about whether I was accepted or rejected, and it left the whole experience feeling frustrating. The only part that happened predictably was that I sat there for a long time without any updates, and that uncertainty was what stood out most.
