I had a two-round interview that was fairly straightforward.

The first round was technical and leaned on Python and AI topics, and the second round was HR with general HR questions. The overall difficulty felt average, and the technical part wasn’t framed as an exhaustive deep dive—it was more like an evaluation of whether my background matched what they were hiring for.

I didn’t get an offer. Looking back, what I found most telling was how quickly the focus narrowed from technical work into the HR stage without a longer back-and-forth, leaving less room for me to shift the conversation toward the areas I felt strongest.
