Kraken Digital Asset Exchange Frontend Engineer interview experience

I introduced myself and walked through my career, then we talked about the tech stack and what the recruitment process would look like.

The conversation also covered expectations from both sides, and it didn’t feel like there were any hidden traps. It was a relatively small round, but it was clear and professional.

I didn’t end up with an offer, though the call itself felt fine. The main takeaway was that the process started with normal, human conversation rather than jumping immediately into technical evaluation.
