Kraken Digital Asset Exchange Software Engineer interview experience

The process began with a friendly, professional recruiter interview that focused on my values, personality, and how I would fit the culture. I walked away feeling comfortable and like the conversation was genuinely about alignment.

Next came a live coding round that lasted about an hour. It was kept relaxed and conversational, which helped me stay calm while I worked through the task. After that, I moved into the final rounds—two interviews that leaned on my past work. Those conversations covered what tools I’d used, how I approached problems from prior roles, and how I worked with clients.
