I interviewed across a handful of rounds that mixed technical conversations with systems design discussions, plus meetings with managers.

I enjoyed it mostly because the engineering side felt genuinely open—everyone I talked to was friendly and eager to go deep into technical topics.

The systems design portion involved more than just listing components; it turned into interesting discussions where I could explore choices and reasoning. Since the company is in the crypto space, the conversations also naturally touched the crypto ecosystem, which made the technical talk feel more grounded than generic design prompts.

I didn’t receive an offer, but I left with a strong sense of the people and the kind of technical engagement
