Kpler Account Executive interview experience

I had engagement at the senior level early, and the conversations were much more about my strengths and where I believed I could add value than about reciting my resume.

I liked that it felt open and candid; the people I spoke with were trying to understand me. I didn’t end up with the role, but I still felt respected throughout.
