Konrad Group Software Engineer interview experience

In the same session, there was a separate technical interviewer portion where I was given an exercise that was described as basic—something that could be found online—so it didn’t feel like a brain-teaser competition.

That format was easy to follow because it stayed contained to practical basics, and I could talk through what I knew without getting stuck in overly abstract questions. I didn’t receive an offer, and my reflection was that the early evaluation was simple enough to miss nuance about my deeper problem-solving.
