I applied through the Koch website and heard back from a recruiter about three weeks later.

The first call felt like a standard screen: she went over my resume and background and talked at a high level about job duties. She said she was referring me to the hiring manager during the call and that an interview invite should come within the next couple of business days.

A week passed, and I received a generic email saying I was no longer being considered. It didn’t feel like there was much communication or transparency, and the process ended abruptly right after that recruiter step.
