My experience with this process was defined by how fast and professional everything felt.

I had multiple conversations with recruiters and team members, and I never felt like I was being left in limbo between steps. After each stage, the turnaround was quick enough that it kept the momentum going.

The flow itself was straightforward: I started with an early phone screen, then moved into role-play conversations that followed the discovery and closing themes. The company set expectations clearly, and people I spoke with were friendly and engaged, making sure my questions were covered and that I understood what each round was testing.
