PunePosted Dec 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a pretty structured four-round process.

It started with a telephonic round, then moved into a face-to-face technical interview with a panel. The third step was with a manager, and what surprised me was that it didn’t feel technical at all—it turned into a general discussion. After that, I finished with an HR round.

Overall it felt like the early stages were meant to filter for fit, but the manager conversation shifted the tone away from engineering details. I left with the impression they were looking for more than just technical depth, but I didn’t end up getting an offer.
