San Jose, CAPosted Feb 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The first thing I noticed was that it took too long to get the interviews scheduled.

The hiring manager interview itself felt easy, but then the process expanded into five more rounds of interviewing, along with a research topic presentation. Even though the interview process itself seemed decent, the recruiter ended up ghosting me after the interviews finished.

That last part really stuck. The interviews may have been reasonably paced, but the lack of follow-up made the overall experience feel unfinished.
