KLA Software Engineer interview experience

I ended up spending more than six hours total, with multiple rounds that mixed technical questions and HR conversations. It was clear they were casting a wide net, because they shortlisted only two people out of roughly 140 applicants.

Eventually, I did get to the offer stage. Finishing a process like that made me feel relieved, but also more aware of how selective and structured their evaluation was—there wasn’t much space for error when they were down to a tiny shortlist.
