Milpitas, CAPosted Jul 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My day started with an onsite interview that began with a presentation where I discussed my PhD work.

After that, I went through a set of one-on-one conversations with team members, followed by time with the manager and HR. The whole thing felt structured and fairly straightforward compared with more chaotic interview formats, and the questions stayed anchored to my background and experience.

I didn’t get an immediate reaction, but I later heard back in a couple of weeks. Overall, the process felt like it was about understanding how my research and experience could translate into the role, and the timeline was the main thing I had to wait through.
