Milpitas, CAPosted Aug 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After applying online, I got a first phone interview invitation in May, then a second video interview invitation about two weeks later.

The process included four one-on-one interviews plus a 30-minute presentation, and then there was a final video interview with a senior director. Throughout, the discussion covered behavioral questions and included confirming that I’d be comfortable under a work-from-home policy.

Overall, it felt like a comprehensive process designed to evaluate both communication and technical/role fit over several separate conversations. It wasn’t short or lightweight, and the amount of time they invested made it feel serious.
