I went through an online test process in two stages.

The first round was an online test, and then the second round was another online test with a live instructor.

In that later stage, the instructor gave access to the questions and I had to complete the test within the time window they provided. The difficulty was described as difficult, and the structure felt intense because the pacing was controlled for me.

I didn’t end up with an offer, and my reflection was that the live-instructor format made the experience feel more like a supervised evaluation than a normal interview where you can slow down and think carefully.
