After I applied, I got a call back pretty soon, and the whole application side felt straightforward—upload your resume and fill out the usual fields.

The process itself felt pretty smooth to me, and when I finally talked with the team it was more of a meet-and-greet than anything high-pressure. They had me introduce myself and share some background, then walked into the common interview questions.

What stood out was how respectful and attentive the conversation felt. I never had the sense that they were trying to “trap” me; instead, it was focused on understanding my experience and where I was coming from. Overall, it felt like an interview that went well and kept things comfortable, without any tough surprises.
