I interviewed for a Software Engineer role and found it low stress overall, with a fairly quick path to decisions.

Easy recruiter/manager conversation — Questions were straightforward, not overly tricky, and the event felt relaxed.
Standard behavioral/STAR interviews — I prepared a few structured examples and the questions centered around behavioral fit.
Rapid completion — In one experience, the entire process led quickly to an offer over a couple of weeks. Outcome: At least one candidate perspective resulted in an offer; the takeaway was that preparation and being genuine paid off.
