I applied online and then got pulled into a phone interview about a week later.

The call went well, and the recruiter told me they would continue the process after the discussion. It felt like things were moving in the right direction.

After that, though, the momentum completely stopped. I was left hanging and essentially got ghosted after the interview, with no clear next steps or follow-up. It was hard because the initial signal felt positive, but the lack of communication afterwards made the experience frustrating more than anything. I didn’t receive an offer, and the biggest takeaway for me was how quickly a process can turn from promising to silent.
