My interviews were short and pretty relaxed.

I had only two conversations—one with a senior operations manager and one with an HR manager—and neither step felt like it turned into a complex behavioral gauntlet. The questions stayed basic and focused on screening-level topics like background, interest, and general fit.

I also remember discussing interest in specific parts of the job and where I would be ideally located based on current projects. It came up that location preferences didn’t necessarily guarantee where I’d end up, since staffing needs could change things.

The whole experience felt easy, and I ultimately received an offer.
